SECHINETTES - 100% Natural casing product
The " sechinettes " are sheets ( handkerchief) made out of 100% natural casings ( hog) dried .
It will allow you to dry your meat products after braning them as Pancettas, Coppas, Rolled breast.
You will, as well, be able to get back and use the end bottom of your sausage filler ( you know, this small meat ball that you cannot fill in the casing ) and put it to dry inside of the " sechinette" for dried sausage or chorizos
It can also be used to protect your smoked salmon
Size : 100 x 50 cm
To be kept into a dry place for an unlimited time
Don't soak the sechinette into water or any liquid !
