For tying casings, we do not recommend the use of kitchen twine as it may cut the casing if you tighten too much and the sausages will fall if you do not tighten enough.
FRENCH QUALITY linen twine (renowned for being the top quality in linen) is ideal for this application.
Also available in 1kg rolls in red or natural colors or in 100g balls (click on "BACK" at the top left).
