It's very simple: You chop the meat, add the complete spice mix, stuff it into natural casing, and let it dry for a few days ( 2 to 3 weeks) for a small dried sausage and 2 months for a large one.
No need for a drying room or a dryer!
Of course, you can customize your homemade sausage recipe to your liking by adding a mixture of five-spice pepper or hazelnut, cheese up to your taste, but first try a first test with our delicious spice mix alone!
Due to the absence of colorants, the color of the dried sausage or sausage will be slightly pale but this does not affect its taste in any way.
