How to use:

Season and spice your ground meat (100% lamb or 50% lamb and 50% veal, beef, pork)
Place the meat in the mold, close it with the tray, and then turn the entire block over
Thread the skewers and press down on the block
Your ground meat skewers are ready to be enjoyed! (And they hold their shape during cooking!)
If the meat used is fresh, you can freeze your skewers, preferably by vacuum-packing them first for better freezing quality
