Great! You don't have a smoker? You don't want to make a mess with wood chips, but you love the smoky flavor in your sausages? We have the solution!
The smoke flavor we offer is REAL SMOKE that has been compressed and then "atomized" into a powder.
Add 2 to 4 grams / kg of material to your preparation and you will get that delicious smoky flavor.
Also works very well when rubbed on or added to a salt rub (10% smoke flavor + 90% salt).
Packed in 100g resealable freshness pouches to "smoke" about 30 kg of material.
