This large professional cutting board (50 x 30 cm) is perfect for cutting meat, poultry, fish, and more.
Made from high-density polyethylene, it is non-deformable, perfectly smooth, and preserves the edge of your knives.
Its 6 non-slip feet ensure exceptional stability and meet all sanitary requirements (HACCP standard).
Easy to clean (remember to use a disinfectant) and, from time to time, it can be rejuvenated using a suitable professional scraper (sold separately, see below).
