Never miss a perfectly cooked ham, salted brisket, or marinated dish again! This aromatic brine mix ensures consistently delicious results.
Usage:
- 15% injection: 160g of mix + 170g of nitrite salt per liter of water
- 20% injection: 110g of mix + 120g of nitrite salt per liter of water
