High-quality elastic food-grade polyester fine-mesh socks for cooking your pig heads, rinds, and other ingredients for broth, sauce, or a cooked dish (Poitevin or Charentais stuffed cabbage, poule au pot).
Of course, these socks are perfectly washable and reusable.
Tie a knot at the bottom, place the product to be cooked, tie another knot at the top with a strong string, and that's it! No more burning your hands when removing the cooked products.
