SOCK FOR WRAPPING CARCASSES TO ENSURE IMMACULATE CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE OF CARCASS MEAT DURING TRANSPORT, STORAGE, OR FREEZING
You can also use it for poultry.
Below are some approximate length recommendations for wrapping carcasses:
LAMB: 130cm
SHEEP: 170cm
GOAT: 210cm
PIG: 190cm
FRONT AND REAR QUARTERS OF BEEF: 260cm
HALF QUARTERS AND WHOLE CARCASSES: 320 to 400cm
For your information, a 10kg spool corresponds to approximately 240m of sock (unextended).
