This full batch contains all needed ingredients ( out of meat ) to make on your own 5 kgs Merguez sausages BIO and 5 kgs fresh sausages BIO in natural sheep casings means :
- 1 punnet with 2 x 10m sheep casings 24/26
- 1 punnet with 350grs spice mix for Merguez Sausage BIO
and 1 punnet spice mix to make 5 kgs of fresh sausages ( Natural Traditional sausage ) BIO
Why not adding some mixed "Herbes de Provence BIO " to your fresh sausages and/or in your cooking ( tomatoes, grilled meat...) ( see below)
If you prefer " strong " Merguez, you may add 2-3grs/kg of our hot chilli pepper ( see below)
