"LE CLASSIC" MARINADE AND GRILL SPICE BLEND - PRESERVATIVE-FREE!
A blend of pink and white peppercorns, garlic, onions, and our secret ingredient!
Mix the spice blend with a little oil (ideally 1 volume of spices for 1 volume of oil + 1 volume of water according to the recommended weight).
Use the mixture to marinate or sprinkle directly before cooking on red meats, white meats, poultry, cutlets, skewers, or whole pieces. You can even use it on a simple hamburger! Kids will love it too!
For those who like a little extra garlic kick, add a pinch of finely ground garlic semolina. Or, if you prefer a spicier flavor, add more pepper.
