Free Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over €20 (excluding canned goods) for mainland France and Corsica.

Shipping Times

• Orders placed and validated before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day* (business days only).
• For mainland France and Corsica, our shipping partners are:
  • COLISSIMO (48-hour delivery) (Please note that delivery to a RELAIS POINT is not possible for parcels weighing more than 20 kg).
  • CHRONOPOST (24-hour delivery including Saturday delivery).
  • Carrier (for canned goods or large professional equipment) - Average delivery time: 1 week.
• For all other countries in the world :
• We use the same carriers, but delivery times are a bit longer (on average 4 days for Europe).

Reserves

• Upon receipt, you MUST check your parcel and, if necessary, make clear and precise reservations to the delivery person (the mention "subject to unpacking" is not sufficient).
• Goods, even insured, travel at the risk and peril of the recipient.

• *Except for orders shipped by carrier - additional 48-hour delay and except for professional equipment - 6 to 8 days delay.
• CHRONOPOST - You can order until 1:00 PM.
