Dessalez les boyaux sous l'eau claire et froide puis mettez à tremper dans l'eau tiède 1/2 heure
Suite à une pénurie d'abattage des moutons et un contexte international compliqué nous sommes contraints d'augmenter temporairement les prix de nos boyaux car nous voulons respecter la qualité et le métrage des marchandises que nous vous proposons.
Nous ne manquerons pas de rebaisser les prix dès un retour à la normale !
