This incredibly sturdy professional skewer machine (weighing nearly 6 kg!) allows you to create 81 skewers in just a few minutes, each weighing between 70 and 100 grams (cube size 22.2 x 22.2 mm). Average time: 3 to 5 minutes, excluding cutting.

This incredible, extra-sturdy professional skewer machine (weighing nearly 3 kg!) allows you to create 25 appetizer skewers in just a few moments, each weighing between 40 and 65 grams (cube size 20 x 20 mm).
Average time: 2 to 3 minutes, excluding cutting.
No need to cut the meat into cubes, simply cut the pieces of meat, vegetables, and fruits coarsely and alternate them in layers in the device. Place the top tray and press everything at once, effortlessly, using its unique semi-automatic press system. This will give you skewers without gaps, firm, well-squared, and that won't fall off the skewers during cooking! (Most other machines on the market cannot compress the elements of the skewers.)
BONUS: The machine comes with an exceptionally sturdy stainless steel TRIDENT (included!) as well as its injury protection. You pre-drill the cubes in a flash (there are 3 connected spikes) then, thanks to the specially designed slot, you cut the cubes in an instant with a knife at least 20 cm long like our boning knife. Thread the skewers effortlessly. Finally, you demold in one go by simply pulling on the EXTRACTION HANDLE. Your skewers are ready to be eaten! If the meat used is fresh, you can freeze your skewers, preferably by vacuum-sealing them for better freezing quality.
