Le mélange est extra...Comme le mélange Mexicain, il va bien avec du porc, du poulet. Petite astuce qui n'est pas de moi mais qui fonctionne très bien c'est d'ajouter du mélange "fumé"...C'est un résultat extra, je n'ai jamais mangé autant de marinade tellement elles sont bonnes.
